Compiled and published by the Center for AI and Digital Policy, the CAIDP Index provides the basis to compare national AI policies, to assess progress, and to identify emerging trends. CAIDP has published the report annually since 2021.
The sixth edition (CAIDP Index 2026) is 1,700 pages long, contains more then 8,500 footnotes, and reflects the contributions or almost 1,500 participants in the CAIDP policy clinics from over 120 countries. Kyla Williams Tate was a contributor to the country report on Uruguay.
