CollabARTive Community is a collective of digital inclusion practitioners who are also artists. Founded by Kyla Williams Tate, the community brings together people working across the digital opportunity ecosystem who maintain creative practices alongside their professional work.
Members span performing, literary, visual, and mixed-media disciplines. While their artistic work varies widely, they share a common commitment to advancing digital inclusion and expanding access to technology and opportunity.
CollabARTive Community creates space for connection, storytelling, and creative exchange among people building more equitable digital futures. One way this comes to life is through Open Mic Open Sight, the community’s monthly virtual showcase where creators gather to share original work and explore creative themes together.

Art that moves across timelines; past, present, future, memory, or imagined worlds.
Exploring the expectations, traditions, and invisible boundaries we follow or challenge.
Art about transitions, liminal spaces, pauses, and the moments that exist between major events.
Creative explorations of “what if?” through parallel worlds, speculative futures, or reimagined histories.
Art that examines identity, reflection, performance, truth, illusion, and the many selves we present.
